The snoring chin strap is only effective while worn and as a result it does NOT cure snoring in itself. However after using the chin strap for a considerable amount of time, the sufferer might get used to sleeping with his/her mouth closed. As a result the strap is sometimes useful in overcoming the bad habit of sleeping with an open mouth, which is one of the main causes of snoring.

So do you really think that the chin strap one of the best ways to cure snoring?

I wish I would be able to guarantee that this works for everyone, but I cannot! The truth is that the snoring chin strap, like any other product, is not a miracle product. Some people say that it works for them while others say that it does not work for them at all. If you are a heavy snorer and if you suffer from CPAP then the chin strap might not be the best solution for you. Some people find CPAP machines to be more effective, however not every one can afford them. However, as in the case of the snoring strap, some people do not find CPAP machines to be very effective, while others find them to be very uncomfortable. I am afraid that if neither the snoring chin strap nor the CPAP machine works for you, then your only solution might be snoring surgery.
